If You Want To Master Leading Yourself & Others, UP-Leveling Your CHANGE Philosophy Is A Must!

My life's work centers around human behaviors and examining the inner workings of our minds. I love what I do, and I'm obsessed with this work because; the core pillar of this work is Self Awareness, and as a coach, I can't guide my clients without first doing the work myself. I wholeheartedly believe that the quality of our lives is determined by the quality of the questions we ask ourselves. Your transformation and liberation lie in these questions; they are the bridge to your truth.

The coaching container is one of the most transformational gifts you can give yourself. As a coach, it is my job to ask you high-quality questions that allow you to gain a more profound sense of self-awareness. I have been fully immersed in mindset work for the past three months, peeling the layers and diving deep into my subconscious wiring. In other words, as a Mindset & Liberation coach, I also work with a coach, meaning I walk my talk. Today, I will share a new way of looking at implementing change that has wholly up-leveled my game.

Ok, ok, without further ado, let's get into how to create lasting change.

Before we move forward, I want you to take a moment to wipe out everything you know about implementing change. Because everything you have been taught about Creating & Managing change is WRONG. Trust me and follow me here. I'm certified in change management and what I'm about to share with you blew my mind.

We have been taught that the key to creating lasting change is to focus on changing our actions and the environment. Yet, this strategy is not successful. Think about how many people set New Year's Resolutions and give up on them two weeks later, or how many projects have you seen plummet at work. I know, I know too many to count.

Change requires you to grow and expand into a new way of being. Your new way of being must be aligned with the current identity you have claimed. If the new way of being is not aligned with your chosen identity, the change you are calling in will not stick. Simple right?

For example, if you are trying to lose weight, you get a new diet plan and join a gym. You are ready and excited to get fit and move forward with your new fitness plan. Three weeks later, you are skipping the gym to binge-watch Netflix while enjoying your favorite Ben & Jerry's ice cream. So what happened?

I'll tell you what happened. You never created a new identity to match this new version of you. Your current chosen identity does not support this new version of you. Therefore before initiating change, you first must identify who this new version of you is? Why is getting fit vital in your life? What would be the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle? Where do you eat? What do you think about movement? What kind of exercise activities do you enjoy?

Questions like the ones above start to create awareness within yourself that shows you where your current and future identities are out of alignment. And this is the sweet spot! These questions show you how your current mindset is either working for or against your goals. This is extremely powerful because once you have these answers, the next step is to assess your mindset for beliefs that do not support your new identity. Why? Because if your thoughts are not in alignment with this new way of being, you will never get to meet this new version of yourself. If your beliefs do not support your goals, it is time to swap them and get new ones that align with your goals.

Once you do this, your mindset and subconscious mind dance together to support this new version of you. Now, you have increased your chances of achieving your goal by 99.9%.

You are fully aligned with the new YOU; now, you are ready to align the final pieces to this new you, your habits, and your environment.

I hope you are as excited as I'm with this new change model. The truth is that change starts within. Whether you are calling for a personal change or an organizational change, all transformations begin with aligning your internal reality to your vision. This way, you transform from the inside out, and this love is when change sticks forever.
