Hi, I’m Amber.

I’m a mindset liberator, master coach, and founder of iLvLUP Daily®—the one-of a-kind Up-Level Mindset Method that helps high-performing minority women free themselves from second-class citizen syndrome by moving past generational trauma and societal limiting beliefs surrounding life, careers, and relationships. With 15 years of experience in HR development, wellness education, and mindset training, I’ve merged my diverse areas of expertise to create a holistic approach to coaching and consulting. Through engaging one-on-one coaching sessions and workshops, I help women transform their lives so they can step into their full potential. I also help start-up companies build inclusive company cultures from scratch through innovative HR consulting.

5 Signs It’s Time To Level Up:

  • You believe that in order to be loved or accepted as a minority woman, you need to be a high achiever.

  • You find yourself working harder than your peers because as a minority woman you feel like an imposter.

  • You feel pressure to succeed in all areas of your life—from relationships to families to career—which is causing anxiety and stress.

  • You feel stagnant in one or all aspects of your life and can’t identify where there might be room for growth.

  • You feel guilty because, on paper, you’re living the life you wanted, yet you’re unsatisfied with your day-to-day life.

Here’s My Supportive & Empowering Approach:

Through supportive and observational one-on-one and group coaching sessions, I help high-performing minority women free themselves from second-class citizen syndrome in order to step into their role as the creative designer of their life.

Second-class citizen syndrome can be defined as the shrinking of oneself to fit the limitations a society has created in order to make a group of people feel inferior.

When we work together, I guide my clients through daily practices, weekly calls, and reflective exercises that lead them to discover their own personal freedom.

Through thoughtful and immersive HR consulting, I help start-up companies create the cultural pillars that support a win-win work environment that will retain talent, promote productivity, and allow employees to show up as their authentic selves.

While my workshops require self-reflection and self-awareness, my goal is to help make this discovery process both joyous and rewarding.

A Bit More About Me…

I consider myself to be a “life enthusiast”. A proud wife and mother of three living in North Caldwell, New Jersey, it’s important for me to show my daughters that, when it comes to their own capabilities and aspirations, they are limitless.

I moved to the United States from the Dominican Republic when I was 9 years old. When I was adapting to life in a new country, I experienced societal prejudices that affected my mindset over time, manifesting in ways that made me play small and operate from the limiting belief that I was a second-class citizen.

As I started to recognize my self-worth and up-level my own life, I also discovered my passion for teaching other high-performing minority women how to break away from the generational and societal traumas that say they aren’t good enough.

I hold a master’s degree in adult education & HR development from Fordham University, and I’m a certified wellness coach (Integrative Nutrition), a certified professional and master energy coach (IPEC), and a certified HR professional (HRCI).

I’ve infused my professional knowledge and personal experience into iLvLUP Daily® and the one-of a-kind Up-Level Mindset Method, which are designed to free my clients from second-class citizen syndrome in order to liberate their mindsets, shift their energy, and level up their lives.
